Can I change my order after I place it?
If you are not currently packing or shipping, we can change your order. Please contact us with your new details to see if this is possible.
My package was delivered, but I haven't received it
Sometimes tracking information is incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your order will likely be delivered within a few days, but we recommend checking with your neighbors and/or the post office in the meantime! If you don’t receive your order within a few days, please email us.
Shipping
How can I track the progress of my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package from the appropriate page.
Can my order be sent to another address?
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
How come my tracking is not updating?
We are so sorry for the delay of your package! Even if the tracking does not indicate it, we can assure you that your package is still on its way. Please note that orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 full business days. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
Our products are usually shipped within 3-7 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays)! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
We are happy to change the shipping address of your order! Send the new shipping address to our team from the “Contact Us” page. We can only change your order if it has not yet entered the packaging and shipping process.

We accept all major credit cards. Secure payments via Stripe processor. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Will I receive a payment confirmation by email?
Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address after placing an order on our website.
